From all …towards all … tolerance be given.
Whether black towards white, and vice versa that,
or straight towards gay, and also the reverse,
or woman towards man, or other way around,
or rich towards poor, or the poorer towards the rich.
The perspective offered here, is true tolerance for all.
Includes tolerance towards others, who hold opposing views,
where all may freely speak, trusting not to be abused.
There is a second view, another tolerance perspective.
Includes all of the above, but with one exception.
No tolerance for speech, if something one believes,
doesn’t match the narrative, already preconceived.
It’s called selective tolerance, a tyrannical perspective,
with true tolerance the opposite, of this view that’s most defective.
This second view is tyranny, it’s not at all abstract –
if speech mismatches group think, that speech cannot be fact?!
