All families have an Uncle Bill, who’s wise and often right.
\nIt’s not until some time has passed, his wisdom comes to light.
\nBut far too often he’s ignored, discounted with a shrug,
\nand family members pay the price, for being far too smug.<\/p>\n
The smugness of the builders who, owned the Great Blue Wall,
\nheld apodictic certainty, that it would never fall.
\nBut Uncle Bill said “Don’t assume blue collar votes are ours.
\nGet down to earth, do what’s smart, stop shooting for the stars.<\/p>\n
With fairies and with sugarplums, and heads up in the clouds,
\nthe advisors that poor Hillary had, seemed wrapped up in a shroud.
\n“Ignore Wisconsin, Michigan too, Pennsylvania’s in the bag,
\nlet’s move on, for time spent here, will only cause a drag.”<\/p>\n
So time has passed, again we see, that Uncle Bill was right.
\nEach magic fairy now is gone, no sugarplums in sight.
\nProfound advisors who once claimed, both insight and respect,
\nare scrambling now, to explain, malpractice and neglect.<\/p>\n
