To discriminate by sex is wrong;
but now we have more complexity.
The list of wrongs from Title Nine grows long \u2013
now included \u2013 gender identity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rule of Title Nine has been expanded \u2013
across the nation reigns new Rule of Law<\/em>.
Biology and sex have been rebranded,
subjective thinking now Replaces Law<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best you spend some time to get acquainted
to this upended thinking that’s arrived.
The assault on women has not been abated.
We must confront. Reason must survive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unisex showers, bathrooms, lockers prevail.
Again the ladies yield to preferenced males. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sexual harassment includes more scenarios. The term \u201csex-based harassment\u201d has been defined more broadly to include harassment based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Sex-based harassment creates a \u201chostile environment\u201d in more situations, as well.
