American Democracy bumbling right along
with reckless raucous, rabble-rousers breaking into song.
The dashboard for democracy shows something isn’t right.
Whose had enough? The Dummy Light is blinking and it’s bright! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Managed borders, law and order, both seem from the past.
And everyone trust wind and sun, who needs natural gas?
Student debt – just write it off; the lesson to be learned
is that those, who pay their debts are dummies who get burned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A second grader’s little brain is something to abuse?
Some public schools help them decide the pronouns they should use.
And free speech, it still exists, across the U.S.A?
Just know the groupthink boilerplate and exactly what to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who are the Goobers at the wheel? They all know who they are.
It’s all of us, clowns on the bus, a supersize clown car.
First we moan, and then we groan, how bad that things are gettin’,
and when it’s time, we all vote dumb, and then do more regrettin’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
