Our fortunes have unfolded not as well,

\nOur wealth has faltered, expenses with persistence swells,

Fresh change we need as candidates debate.
\nBut power reigns from decades past, spewing debt and ratings lost.
\nThe Madman’s minions, with him vote lock-step straight,
\nlest to cross him, overboard are tossed.<\/p>\n
So keep this party with this power in control?
\nOr vote the vassals out and stop the downward drift?
\nKnow with your vote, your conscience be consoled,
\nfor to your children a brighter future is a gift.<\/p>\n
